Not only do many women now earn and control their own income and contribute substantially to the overall economy, they also participate in the majority of the decisions regarding their family's expenditures. Women now influence more than 70% of the financial decisions being taken in America. Therefore, a woman has to take this responsibility seriously and be informed about various financial concepts and products that are available. Not only is a woman's views about personal finance important, she has her own financial needs. These needs and views in many areas can be different than the needs and views of of her partner or other members of the family. At Freepoint we have recognized this phenomenon and have organized educational workshops aimed specifically at the financial needs of women.
